Returns and exchanges

Understand our guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging products for a smooth experience.

1) Returns and Exchanges

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pistachio Brands. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of the original purchase date.

2) Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are personalized or custom-made may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3) How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Please contact our customer service team at info@pistachiobrands.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.

4) Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.

5) Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

6) Exceptions

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. This includes water damage and/or chewed items

7) Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  • Provide details and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

8) Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies. Allow to cancel orders 24 hours after purchase or before shipping?
